redeposit of bounced cheque

hi, I wanted to know how many times we can deposit a bounced cheque in Maharashtra.

during the validity of cheque you can deposit as much time as you can. there is no prescribed limit.

Check with your bank/banker.

The bank shall levy charges each time.

Although drawee may deposit again and again, but what is the benfit if issuer of the cheque is not maintaining balance ( if that is exact reason for cheque being returned unpaid) and hence not paying!
