Sir, the case is Review Petition (Civil) . I heard that normally review petitions would be dismissed on circulation. In the instant case, Pending (Motion Hearing) Fresh (For Admission – Civil Cases) means, is the case admitted for oral hearing? You have replied that tha matter is posted for admission. In this case then what would be the normal procedure
