Boss is behaving rude

My friend is working in a private IIT coaching centre and the master or HOD is commanding the female employees and behaving very rude. The timings are also extending than specifies. Timings are from morning 9 to night 8pm. Can we take legal action..??

Yes file legal complaint against him in concerned forumwhich makes enquiry against him

Contact the Asst.Commissiner of labour and let the boss booked for such violations. Always move collectively and avoid personal exposure as this may result in more harassment.
