I am working in a Regional Rural Bank. All the government banks in India have specific reversion policy and during probation one can take reversion. I applied for reversion under medical grounds. My banks management says that Bank does not reversion have policy, i.e. term not mentioned in policy. So we can't grant your application. But my question is that if term is not mentioned there then it is also not mentioned that reversion will not be granted under any circumstances.
Is there any way to take reversion. Is it legal and possible? How?
