Pedhi namu

Hi,

I am leaving in a co-operative society. The House  in my fathers name. Later on after death of myMom he added my name in share certificate of society. He also expired some six months back.

Now Please advice me on the procedure to delete his name and transfer on my name.

just make pedhinamu from talati and then make application to concern authority (city survey office) to give effect of it

it depend upon area where you live..
in some case city survey office take pedhinamu and in Other they just take affidavit of legal hier
