Hi, In 2016 my ex boss took a business loan from many banks and now he is not paying any of the instalment now. At that time he gave my reference for one of that loan. And now people from bank are harassing me for this continuously. Since last 4 days I'm getting continuous call from bank person telling that he is calling from "Delhi Police Crime Branch". As I spoke with my ex boss after 2 years and told him to speak with that person and he did that (I was on conformance call). After that also I'm getting continuos call and he started abusing me.
Can any one please help me what should I do? How much responsible I'm for this? And how to stop this harassment. Currently I'm avoiding bank person call.
