what will be the consequences of if an Application in a SMA is Dismissed OR if its Rejected.

My relative's opponents application is going to discharge? so can he request court to dismiss it in spite of rejected?
chacha of a minor orphan neice filed application for cutody of minor from Nana? 10years age.
can Nana request court to reject minor custody application or dismiss it?
chacha has 2 son and 2 daughters. His wife is sick.

If the defects that are pointed out the applicant(s) may, correct the errors and re-submit.

The O/o Registering Authority can also opine what would be the fate of application/applicants in case of declinature depending upon nature of declinature/dismissal.
