should company give information or not

Every summons from the Judicial side has to be treated as Mandatory directive and that information must be provided.

The court has issued summons only. as per petitioner advocates petition.if u want to object then company can engage advocate &defendant it by filing objections otherwise simply furnish salary details as per court summons.

125 mantaince jugment came I fill 125 3 Court give a order to pay money the date is 29 may if husband not come on the date What happens? Court gives again new date or issue sumons
