EC correction / MOD

In encumberance certificate the extent of site is wrongly mentioned , but in document and MOD it's right , is there any issue ? or can it be modified in EC ?

when the property is mortgaged to Bank, for what purpose do you want EC to be rectified/corrected?

The extent mentioned in EC is wrong , which differs from MOD and Documents

when the property is under mortagage you cannot do any transaction based on EC. If you are only interested to get it corrected you can inform the bank

Hello,

My PAN Number mentioned in the MOD documents is incorrect but correct in Sale Deed Agreement Papers.

is there a problem? if i go for correction then whom should i contact? what is the cost involved in it?
