Dear Sir,
After passing away of my father in 2003,we have decided to go for final settle ment with 2 sisters and mother. The updtated land reform office (BLRO)paper shows that it has now 4 part.
Part 1 for me, Part 2 for mother,Part 3 Elder Sister ,Part 4 younger sister. Problem is part 4 owner is not willing to go for any settlement through money or anything. She said that keep my site and settle the rest part with you.
So,if what could be the method of informing her offcially before doing the rest part settlement,so that in future she cant object that 'I was in dark or I like the middle part of land etc'.
Means she cant raise any issue on grey area in future ,it should be a black and white clear settlement of 3 part. Mother and elder sister is ready for settlement.
