It's a precedent in our Country for the cases to go on and on for years together. The worst part is that it is purely "Tareekh pe Tareekh" and no work on the matter. I am entangled in a criminal case since 2010 and have been to am out station court 146 times but turn of my statement has not come. My name was not there in the FIR but still it's there in the case. There is not even a single document for me in the file and I know I will be absolved in the end but I had to forgo my permanent residency in Australia. How will the court compensate me for all this harassment? The petitioner is a professional black mailer and had filed 22 petitions against my colleagues and has lost 18.
The judge abuses if anyone is absent and also denies exemption.
It's not court but a platform to take revenge, harrass people and facilitate blackmailers.
I will leave this country once this case is over.
