Can Managing Committee Members of Co Op. Hsg. Soc. in Mumbai be Proposers or Seconders in Financial Resolutions passed in AGM?
What is the Law in this regard?

Yes,

Basically Managing Committee Members is member of society so

he/she can Proposers or Seconders in Financial Resolutions passed in AGM

Dear Mr. Sanjay, I feel it is not correct as the treasurer and ithe same committee members have have Passed Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account as also MC has Appointed Auditors for Ratification in AGM.

Sombody Proposers or Seconders in Financial Resolutions that means not that resolution is passed members presented in AGM oppose that resolution & demand any information related to that.
