I want to give news as reported by news paper with its sources like as reported by time of india. will it be fair uses as per copy right act. Or shall i reproced whole aretcle as given by say time of india and say at the end Sources:- Time of India.
Which one is ok, if both then do let me know. thanks in advance

While reproducing the publication/news or refering you can mention the source. In respect of items which require the peermission of the author, it may not be in line and amount to infringement .
