wrong mutation

in year 2000,someone using our gpa , sold our land by khana kasht.
*mutation was sanctioned by coulmn of ownership instead of khana kasht.
in 2002,when jamabandi took place the name of purchaser was not entertained.
till 2012, name of purchaser was missed from fard.
we were totaly unaware about this issue that person has sold our land,niether the purchaser paid to us nor he has taken physical possesion til now.land is in our possesion.

we came to know abt this issue when we sold the same land in 2012. as we sold the land he also claimed that i have already purchased this land.

in 12 years, mutation was not being corrected by purchaser bcz he says he was unware about this.

we dont want to give that land bcz they have make fraud with us.
1)what is value of that sale deed whose mutation has been registred in wrong columns.?
2)sale deed can be cancelled or not?
3)what is time limit to correct the mutation?
4)what is value of sale deed whose mutation is stil pending from more thn 12 years.
4) how we can save ourself?? plze share

If GPA is genuine ucannot claim it.it has no limitation.ur possession doesn't helps u.prove that GPA is forged in competent civil court.
