Who is in possession of the land is most important.  This is not a simple issue.  Contact any local  advocate and immediately file a declaration suit seeking cancellation of such GPA stating that such GPA was obtained with fraudulant misrepresentation and no consideration also passed on .  As declaration suit has to be filed within 3 years from knowledge of fraud, hurry up.
