Partnership

I & my wife are partner of a in a rice mill consisting of 5 partners sharing 20%. My rest three partners have forcefully captured all my work in their hand and not allowing even to check accounts, and all transactions are also not routed through bank accounts. Where should i appeal to get instatnt seizure of whole business.
