Indore possession date in tripartite and post rera is different

Hello Expert, In September 2014 I have booked a Flat in Super Corridor Indore and as per the Tripartite Agreement the possession date mentioned was Oct 2016. It was also mentioned any delay in the possession will attract penalty from builder at Rs1 per SqFeet Per Month. After RERA the Project got RERA approved and as per RERA the possession date got extended to June 2019 which is around 3 years more as mentioned in Agreement.As per RERA any delay in possession attracts from builder which is approx interest on amount paid to builder. Today is Oct 2018 and still I have not received possession.In my case Builder will pay which penalty to me Pre RERA penalty mentioned in agreement or post RERA penalty. Thanks, Akki
