Rent agreement termination query

I live in Kanpur as a tenant for 4 months. A rent agreement was made at the start in which rent agreement is for 11 months and notice period is of 1 month. If I want to leave now can I give 1 month notice to landlord and leave after 1 month without any penalty.

Dear querist,

 

Yes you can give one month written notice to your owner and move ahead.

There will not be any legal issue latter on.
