hi I joined m/s rustumjee Pvt ltd on 9th July & resigned on 31st August .I have serve 7 days notice & completed all the handing over formalities.in my appointment letter there was mentioned 45days notice but under probation nothing wasn't mentioned.now they are asking
72000 to pay due to shortfall of notice.
please advise.
What are the terms and conditions of appointment ?
7 days notice can not be accepted, in any case.
