Sir,

My son is working in a Public Sector co and was made to do certain work by his superiors upon verbal instructions. He does not have any written proof.  How can he save himself Regards

Dear Mr.Arnav,

Your son is to be blamed for falling in trap of the Seniors otherwise in my opinion he should take help of Model Standing Orders of the Organization.

The other alternative could be after doing every such job let him write down to the bosses who have deputed him for the work in the form of MIS.

Best Regards

it is sufficient to establish that activities of  your son was doing was within knowledge (and hence consent)  of his superior

it establihes that he instructed him to do certain task and was well aware of the same. secondly it is always the responsibility of superior for the conduct of juniers. your son should say that he has acted as per instructions of his senior and he was well aware of that.

let his superior should prove that he has not instructed him? and if it was not instrcued by him then why he has never communicated or objected before?
