Our society is going for redevelopment in Pune.
We have already finalized a builder and have asked for bank guarentee of certain amount.
Builder is asking us to provide Bank Guarentee format so that he will get guarentee from the bank in that perticular format.
I wish to know , what all things are to be taken care of in the said format. If anyone can share the required format , It will be of great help.
