I am an Executive Member in the governing body of a housing society, registered in NCT Delhi. I wish to resign and exit the the society. What's the process? Who should I address it to? Is it mandatory to inform the Registrar of Societies?
The President and the Treasurer also want to resign. What's the process? Who should they address it to? Is it mandatory to inform the Registrar of Societies?
