My friend became a victim of fake government job . what are all the remedies available to him to get the money he paid to the fake officers

Ask your friend to file complaint before Police as a victim with such evidence to save youngsters who spend parent's money from his clutches.. What every may be the reason, your friend should equally share the blame by taking short cuts and in promoting such frauds.
