My name is Rakesh Bandi aged 27 and I loved a girl named Navyasree Bandi aged 24 whose Surname is same and gothras are different.
We both are in love past from 4years and she spoke everything with their parents regarding our relationship. She told them clearly that she want to Marry Me. And now her parents are saying that we too are interested to get you marry with that guy but the main reason is same surname and gothras. And saying that gothras also will be same as the surname is same. There will be no difference So, it will be not possible to marry according to law and Shastras. And saying that The girl and a boy with the same surnames will become brother and sister .We can't live without each other.
If we approach Registrar office / Arya Samaj will they accept our application
Please suggest Me how to get on from this problem.
