due process of section 379b and 34 ipc

iam a victim of chain snatching incident on 29th may. 2018 ....

criminals were booked the next day along with the goldsmith who purchased that chain at throwaway price. under said sections and taken into police custody for some days.

police is going to submit the challan
in the court now after 3 months and
asked me to produce the bills of my
article.
somehow I managed to get a
tentative receipt from my
goldsmith and submit it to the investigating officer.
accused have been granted bail on the other day I heard.
please suggest some legitimate way-out now what should I do to avoid Embarrassing legal trials being a govt.employee and want to expedite the case.

since iam the prosecution witness should I engage some private counsel to assist him so that the process must not linger on due to any sort of biases which may prevail during the trials.
please help. thanks

Dear querist,

Law will take its own course; there is no difference between govt employee or private person.

You may employ private advocate to assist public prosecutor at your expense.
