The procedure contemplated under RTI Act, 2005 is that any citizen of India can sought information from any public authority by providing requisite fee as per RTI Rules, 2012. [If the citizen is below poverty line, the fee shall be exempted, subject to submission of the prrof].
There is no particular procedure or format to make RTI Application. The applicant can ask any number of questions and also ask for copies of the documents, if any, required subject to paymnet of applicable fee.
