Agri land Aquisiton

I have 3 acre agri land in that my uncle (my father's brother ) is aquired 1/2 acre (Survey is also done by govt) , Now he is refusing to leave that land...so can take a injuction order on that agri land ... and is the safe procedure to take land to my control ..

How is the title to proerprty dervied to you and your Uncle (Ancestral/self acquired)

What is the dispute?

What is the releif you sort for?
