Hi all,
I was working as an distribution agent of a company and had sourced good amount of refundable security for them. Few have been directly send and few through other agents and us. Now company is neither returning back the amount nor they are giving goods against the money with them. In fact they are saying to Distributors that you ask your payments from the agents.
wanted to know what action we can take against them and what actions Distributors can take against us, as they gave payment to us.
please guide.
