I am a Secretary to one of the very big Apartment Associations in Hyderabad. We have observed that lot of outside vehicles are being parked without any sanctity in our parking area. Earlier Committee has authorized it unofficially. Now we would like to streamline everything.
Now my question is as an Association can we demand for the registration documents of parking to be submitted to the Association for the basic record of the Association? Similarly can we ask for the ID proofs of all tenants and owners to the Association?
Can anyone please answer this?
