How long to receive judgement order

Respected Sir,

Good Day.

Would you kindly tell how many days or months will it take to get the order from court once judgemnet is announced in our favour. (Tenant did not give rent. and Lawyer said cannot collect rent )

Tenant did not appear in court for 2 times and order came in our favour ( ex parte order) and order copy is delayed.

Is it normal ? How long will it take to evacuvate the tenant ?

if you want to you could file for a certified copy of the order

Yes we have applied for certified copy. But they are delaying for 2 months now. SO just want to know how long will it take.

Things are not that easy. The tenant is still capable of filing petition to restore, within prescribed time. In expartee decree, there should not be delay of 2 months and generally they have to deliver judgment and upload in sites within a week maximum. Please get in touch with your advocate, and getting a tenant vacated may take several months further if there is a good follow up.

You can follow it up with the administrative section of the concerned court ,if not you can filea memo before the court mentioning yhe C A copy number and details so the judge will direct the administrative authorities to issue it speedily.
