Certified copy

Respected experts,

Family court has summoned my wifes salary document from her office in a maintenance case. The document is presently in the file of the Family Court.

Could You please inform whether I can obtain a CERTIFIED COPY of the same thru proper application to the court ?

You may apply for certified copy.

File a RTI application seeking a certified copy of the same. You will get the copy to your house within 30 days. If you go to court and apply chances are some pimp will ask 500 rs, for the same. BTW what the fuc is your advocate doing. This is his job. Catch hold of his collar and ask him to get you this.
