under section 26 ,I apply for female child custody in year 2014.
opposition not appear in court even after publication.
today newly appointed judge in FTC II , become prejudice and want to dismiss my case.
judge argument that
1. what problem you have, she is with her mother. ( my ex kaary again with father of 3 male child).
2. you can not meet your child because daughter get confused ,which she can say father.
3. you do produce any evidence that she is not well.( opposite party not appear, how can I , I produce my evidence that I can care her well)
and many other things .
what can I do now, I get disappointed .
please help me.
