I had received a property as a gift. can i gift it to wife

I stay in Mumbai Suburb. I had received a residential property as a Gift from my mother 3 years ago.

I had registered a Gift Deed for the same.

Now i wish to Gift the above residential property ( 100% or 50% ) to my Wife

My Query is Can i Legally Gift the Property received as a Gift to my Wife and for that can i execute a Gift Deed in favor of my Wife as the Stamp duty & Registration for Gift deed between Husband and Wife is Rs 200 each.

when a gift deed is registered, the property vests in the donee immediately. the donee [i.e. yourself] have absolute right to deal with the property as per your wish.

it can be gifted to anyone, including the wife. the stamp duty, registration charges payable depend on the State Laws.
