Renting property to wife for business

CAN I GIVE MY PROPERTY ON RENT TO MY WIFE FOR DOING BUSINESS. HER NAME ALSO APPEARS IN SALE DEED BUT HAVE NOT CONTRIBUTED IN BUYING PROPERTY. CAN I GIVE MY PROPERTY ON RENT TO MY WIFE FOR DOING SOME BUSINESS. HER NAME APPEARS IN SALE DEED BUT SHE HAS NOT CONTRIBUTED IN BUYING IT. IF YES, WHAT WILL BE TAXATION IMPACT.

You cannot claim rent from owner, if her name is there in sale then she stand at equal footing as of yours.

But she will pay rent for the property. Secondly I will show this rent in my income only.
