Change in floor plan after agreement to sale

Hi, I have purchased under construction property in Pune from developer (RERA Regi.) but after making Agreement to Sale, builder has change floor plan by increasing balcony space without any communication. so want to know that is there any change in price in agreement value

Usually there will be increase in consideration. but negotiate in an amicable way. if the agreement of sale is registered then the rectification deed shall also be registered.
