Decree validation

My maternal grandfather owned a property against which my uncle filed a partition suit and decree was issued on basis of compromise that my two uncles grand father himself and his wife all four will hold equal share in the property.but name of their daughters were not mentioned in the decree issued in 1987.( Grandfather died in 1993). In 2003 a portion of land was sold and the remaining 5 got equal share of the sold property ( 2 uncles 2 daughters and grandmas). Till then none of the daughters were aware of whole decree matter. Now some portion of land is still being sold by uncles and suddenly this decree thing came up. Is there any chance that the decree can be claimed. If yes then on what basis?. Waiting for your kind reply
