i am working as postal assistant in india post.i have got 5 score in apar last year and 6 score in apar this year.i have worked more than any other employee still got low score than other employees most employees who even dont come to office on time and do timepass got 7.5 and 8.can i do something about this.i have worked in odd hours and more than two branches at a time still get low marks.do these score of 5 and 6 affect my promotion?
