Complainting about salary

hi Sir,

I left a job in the month April and severed two months notice period as per HR policy. The company relieved me 15 days prior and put their signatures in exit interview formaliies in Mumbai Branch. Then that papers sent to Chennai head office; the HR & Finanace team of head office scrutinised every thing and issued a full & final cheque of two months salary & others. That cheque reached Mumbai office last Friday and the Mumbai Branch head denied to handover the same to me. Where as all clearence received from Mumbai & Head office. What to do ? pls suggest.
