my sister filed a case for partition. now it is in FDP. she given 2 wrong RTC no's, at the time of argument we highlighted but court didn't believe.

RTC no wrong but boundary is correct & when she filed a case that time it was correct after 2 years it has changed by tahsildar office.

RTC no wrong & that property not belongs to us, but owner name same. because that owner name & his father name same as my father & grand pa names, boundary is correct here also.
court consider which one at the time of FDP, RTC no or boundary?
if they consider boundary may can I appeal this judgment?, because they given RTC no wrong & we built a new House in this RTC no.
please suggest me what legal action can I take in this case.
