Divorce case

I would like to seek the views of my fellow advocates( if possible with citations) reg whether second divorce case is barred by res judicata.In both the cases, the main contention was cruelty by the husband.cruelty is a continuing wrong that renews itself gives to a new cause of action.

hi sir m Vandana, n m getting tourcher by my husband n in-laws, thy want more dowrry from my parents, everytime thy threaten me to throw out from the house n will kill me.
