i am a govt Servent. i want to take membership and also want to participate in election for the honorary post of treasurer in dhan sanchai Cooperative Urban Thrift and credit society Ltd which is registered under delhi Cooperative society act 2003, but when i intimate to my office for the same, refused it by HR Department.
what can I do.
