Non receipt of refund paid for booking flat

I had Booked flat at Titwala in May 2014 , There are 3 partners who were developing the building , Till date they have not started the construction out of 3 partners 1 is absconding and other 2 are there. I have filed application at Dombivli Police station in name of all the 3 partners , All the 2 partners are living at dombivli they are daily giving assurance since last 3 years . Till date I have not received my money back Please suggest some solution. zakir Ali Khan

File consumer complaint before Consumer Forum.

send legal notice to them to refund ur booking amount failing which file consumer complaint in CF.

firstly you should send a legal notice to the builders asking them to fund your money as the construction has not started spite of the fact that 3 years have already elapsed.

if he fails to adhere, you can approach consumer forum or RERA where you claim refund along with interest, damages and litigation expenses.
