Is notary with stamp duty and validated valid 2 buy a proper

Hello SIr,

Can any one suggest that a notarized document which is validated and stamp duty is paid valid foir buying a property.

If so is it strong document to by a property.

not possible.

Any sale worth more than Rs.100/-is valid need to be registered

unless registered, its not a conclusive proof that u purchased the property since court will not take into consideration unregistered document as an evidence while deciding any issue with respect to the property. if u hv paid considerable amount under the document and vendorbacks out, it will be very difficulty for you to prove the genuineness of the document.

if a property value is less than 100/- notaary signature is enough ,but the value of theproperty exceeds hundred rupees sale deed must be registered by the registrar
