Leave and License agreement

What is the maximum period of a Leave and License agreement for renting out a commercial space?

It all depends upon State Rent Act for the duration of leave and licence agreement. Some state act still dont have mentioning about the Leave and Licence Agreement. Than also Leave and License Agreement also comes under central act i.e. Indian Easement Act.
