In labour Court we do not need any affidavit, Apart in every Indian Judiciary system green paper is needed.

I meant what is the format for affidavit that we need to submit in case of submitting plea for interim relief? The labour court judge refused to accept our plea for interim relief without an affaidavit (financial till the case drags on...I am unemployed for a year and with very bad termination letter, chances are zero in the industry).

Sir, you mean all proofs including emails have to printed on legal green paper?? And we have to file another affaidavit for this?
