which court will have jurisdiction?

1. as per clause in broker client agreement, courts of mumbai will have jurisdiction.

2. as per Bye Laws of NSE, arbitration was conducted at Chennai (Regional Office)

3. kindly guide where the appeal against the award can be filed? at Mumbai or Chennai?

Hi Sam, By conduct the parties have submitted themselves within the jurisdiction of Chennai Courts as such the Appeal shall lie with Chennai Courts. Best Regards Daksh
