Respect experts, Ex wife was granted RS 5000 per month as interim maintenance which has been paid regularly. Ex wife is highly qualified working lady. Inspite of receiving the interim maintenance she has produced a few false medical bills now praying for reimbursement to which the judge has not said anything yet. Kindly advise on this . This is a clear extortion. Regards.

Ex-Wife which means you have taken divorce from her. So It was a contested Divorce or a Mutual Divorce?

Because if it is Mutual Divorce then you may have MOU and her  Statements which she gave in a Divorce proceeding.

If it was a Contested Divorce, then you should start collecting evidence against her like her employment details, her current relationship status etc.

Thanks,

You may file revision against maintenance order as your ex-wife is highly qualified and drawing good salary.
