suit filling in drt

could you plz tell me if 2 loan accounts are there and one turns Npa and the other one is regular and same property is morgagad in both accounts and interestingly the borrower in 1st account is guaranteed in 2nd loan and the gurantor of the 1st is borrower in 2nd loan account. so plz tell whether suit filling will be applicable on both as 2nd account is regular
