? decide an mla secular or not - ?disqualify !!!

an MLA putta madhu of manthani constituency in telangana state

   - has demolished a shiva temple to beautify a lake opposite to the temple

  - thrown the nandi idol into that lake

 - shiva linga was buried under the newly laid road.

( the above facts are as per TV news )

now my ? is does this kind of behaviour convey that he is secular ?

asking out of curiosity - if it is not secular can he be disqualified ?

if so how ?

Not only MLA's, any citizen is secular but every one has to give respect their respective religions. If an MLA is disrespected and violated constitution rights given to the public, they can approach lokayuktha and file a case against such MLAs.
