Company annual report information wrong

Hello Experts,

good evening

My employer last year obtained forced resignation of approx 500 employee under restructring guise and those resisted to resign were terminated , where as in annual report comapny is showing given VRS and this much amount was paid for separation.

How could i can have this exact information i.e list of employees given VRS ( in actaul it was forced obatining resignation )

where can i file this complaint

You can to complain Register of company or to the company tribunal of your state.

yes, i am member of CITU and have full support, but how to extract this informtion of list of VRS employees mentioned in comapny annual report, where as in actual there was no VRS ,it was forced obatining resignation of employees being picked and choosen by employer of their choice.

I wish to protest or lodge compalint for this ,what information obatining is challenge for me.

so guide ,show path to me
